Clients ask me all the time what I do to keep my skin healthy, tight, toned and defy the aging process. It’s all about being disciplined with my routine. I share some of my secrets below…
I give myself a light medium-depth peel every 3-4 weeks. This keeps my cell turnover moving, boosts my collagen, and smooths and softens the lines and pores. Why do I love peels so much? It’s safe, quick, effective and very little to NO downtime, just results. Mild flaking if any around the mouth. I have so many ways of layering different kinds of peels from flowers acids, AHA’s, Vits and more! Peels pack a punch and keep my skin the way I like it, youthful!
In between the peels I mask with one of Rhonda Allison’s enzyme masks in the shower 1-2 times a week. This helps to continue the effects of the peel or a facial. The yummy enzymes continuously feed and plump the new cell tissue.
I use Rhonda Allison’s Brightening Scrub 1-2 times a week. This a gentle buffing product that removes any flakiness but mostly keeps the skin polished and bright.
I always use a Retinal at night all over my face and around my eyes. I can guide you to finding the right one to start with and bumping you up accordingly.
Of course I hydrate with RA’s many serums that I rotate. I love that I have so many options with a chirally correct product line to keep my skin on it’s game.
