Growing up in Southern California, tan skin and beach days were the norm for most of the kids I grew up with... then there was me. Having extremely fair skin, I always burned right away with no tan after. Summer after summer I wondered if I'd ever be able to tan.

 

After going to college in Texas where fake baking was a part of daily life, I decided to embrace my fair skin. 

Something so simple changed so much in my life. I was being smarter about everything I did to my skin and soon after made the decision to become an esthetician.

 

The journey I've had with my own skin gives me a true passion to help and educate others. There's nothing better than someone saying they're seeing positive changes in their skin.
