PLEASE READ ENTIRELY –

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours notice is greatly appreciated in respect for my time.  If canceled less than 24 hours then a $35 fee is charged. If you no show for your appointment then 50% of the service is charged.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

These are the only 2 ways you can cancel an appointment.  Number 1 is preferred as it is the most efficient.

  1.  If you would like to cancel your appointment, please log in to your account and select your appointment and click cancel.  If you do not get a cancellation email right away that means it did not go through.  Please refresh page and try again.  You must get that email to verify that the appointment was canceled.  If the appointment is not properly canceled and verified and it’s less than 24 hours to your appt. then you will be charged the cancellation fee. NO exceptions
  2. If you cancel an appointment by emailing me directly or texting me and you do not receive a response from me confirming, it means your appointment has not been canceled. You will also get an email confirmation from my booking system.  If you hear no response from me it means I did not get it. If this is the case, please refer to step 1. to ensure you properly cancel your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee.  NO exceptions.

 

The structure of my business is I get paid when clients show up for their appointment. If you don’t show up or if you cancel less than 24 hours per my request, I do not receive income. I lose money.  I don’t receive paid vacation, paid sick days, etc.  I do my absolute best to keep myself healthy so I may show up for work every day to be of service.  If I cancel on you less than 24 hours then I owe you an add-on service equivalent the the cancellation fee of $35, which I believe to be fair.  I respect your time as I expect you to respect mine. I greatly appreciate your business.
