My detailed technique adjusts each step of the process to exactly fit your skin type and concerns. My clients never
have to choose options from a menu instead, I use my expertise to guide them.
When a new client comes in, I always take a few minutes to discuss their concerns. I like to take their concerns and my thorough skin analysis into consideration before designing a custom treatment that optimizes results. This is also the time when I will recommend any appropriate enhancements like a chirally correct peel, microdermabrasion or an eye treatment.
Every facial begins with 2 cleanses. One just to remove make-up, oil and dirt while the second begins exfoliating and feeding the skin. I use a cleanser with alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) and I use massaging techniques to get the blood moving and soften the skin. Every step has a purpose and the dual cleanses allow for bertter absorption of nutrients into the skin.
Next is the enzyme exfoliation and steam. The enzymatic treatments vary depending on the results I'm looking to acheive. This step can be customized to be brightening and lightening, softening up of blackheads, or a deeper removal of skin layers. Sometimes I combine all 3 to cover all your needs. While the steam enhances the exfoliation you will receive a very relaxing neck and shoulder rub. I will remove the enxyme, do extractions, if needed, and finish with an antibacterial to prevent breakouts.
While your skin is still warm I use a pressure point massage to deliver a moisturizing and non-clogging Omega-6 into your skin. Not only does this increase circulation but it prepares the skin to receive nutrients.
I then mix up a custom mask, freshly made with all the yummy added correctives for your skin. Whether you have acne, mature skin, dullness and dehydration, or hyperpigmentation this is where the correctives do their work. While the mask is penetrating your skin I massage your hands and arms with the aromatherapy oil of your choice. The mask is removed and the appropriate serums are pressed into the skin. Growth factor serum is used to expedite healthy tissue regrowth, to balance moisture content and to protect from free-radicals. A chemical free spf 30 is applied and your treatment is finished with a pressure point massage to your scalp.
